5 things you should know about woman in Islam
In pre-islamic arabia , girls were buried alive .“When news is brought to one of them, of [the birth of] a female [child], his face darkens, and he is filled with inward grief! With shame does he hide himself from his people, because of the bad news he has received! Shall he keep this [child] despite the contempt [which he feels for it] or shall he bury it in the dust? Oh, evil is indeed whatever they decide!” – The Quran (16:58-59) . But Islam has come to draw the curtain on this devious ritual to teach barbarians that daughters are nothing but undrained fount of blessing that Allah has promised those who are kind to their daughters or their sisters a place in paradise .Also ,Quran chastises Parents who choose sons over daughters .Like boys , girls must be provided with everything that will turn them into successful , and pious persons.
2-Woman is a precious pearl Woman’s hijab is her holy armor against luscious gazes .She is as precious as sea pearls and earth diamonds. The sea engulfs greedy ships to harbor his pearls. Mountains shield their diamonds and so does hijab. Muslim woman loves her hijab and she doesn’t wear it against her will ,a truth that those who hate Islam do everything in their power to twist it and portray Muslim woman as a slave deprived of her freedom. 3-Woman is not a public property Woman’s body is sacred in Islam .His secrets must be unveiled only to a husband . When disgracing it, woman will be stoned to death or whipped to purify her body and soul . Allah wants man to appreciate woman ,to respect her, to honor her and to love her , and fornication is not the decent way to embody all that. What apperciation is in putting woman through rough times because of unwanted pregnancy .What love is in shunning woman after preying on her body and soul just because man thought he was in love with her but it turned it wasn’t . 4-Woman is treasured as a wife The most divine moments shared by woman and man are sacred that Allah commanded husbands to be kind to their wives . A man for instance is forbidden from forcing his wife to sex “O ye who believe! Ye are forbidden to inherit women against their will. Nor should ye treat them with harshness, that ye may take away part of the dower [money given by the husband to the wife for the marriage contract] ye have given them, except where they have been guilty of open lewdness; on the contrary live with them on a footing of kindness and equity. If ye take a dislike to them it may be that ye dislike a thing, and God brings about through it a great deal of good (Qu’ran An-nisa 19) Anal sex and sex during menstruation are prohibited for their ominous health hazards as well .“If anyone [resorts to a diviner and believes in what he says (according) to the version of Musa) or] has intercourse with his wife (according to the agreed version) when she is menstruating, or has intercourse with his wife through her anus, he has nothing to do with what has been sent down to Muhammad.”—Narrated by Abu Hurairah, Book of Divination and Omens. Suna Abu Dawud. 5-Why 4 wives? Woman has outnumbered men , and man’s marrying four women is Allah’s wisdom to keep woman from falling in the abyss of evil and protect society . It should be noted that Allah allows but does not command a man to have four women .And when marrying 4 , he has to treat them equally. Allah says:
“Marry women of your choice, two or three, or four; but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one or (the slaves) that your right hands possess. That is nearer to prevent you from doing injustice.” [4:3] or he has to have just one wife . Marriage is so sanctified that Allah’s throne shakes when the sacred bond between husband and wife is broken . In Islam woman must be honored for she holds all secrets of life ,beauty and love.
Woman’s curse
Abortion is like turning down Allah’s gift .This is what children are ; they’re a holy gift. Some appreciate it , embrace it, and tend it like a rose till it blooms .Others discard it mercilessly. In a single moment of weakness, selfishness and loneliness, woman can make the worst mistake in her entire life, and the most hideous crime on earth ; dousing the flame of the life of her own child.
remember that parenting is a blessing. It can be a far-reaching dream for some, while it’s standing at your life door .So instead of strangling the fount of life in you, celebrate it,nurture that seed of life , hope and unconditional love within you.
Children are special gift that gets more precious and precious day in , day out . They’re full of endless surprises, joyous ones. That kid will grow to become a decent man or woman to protect you against time’s broken promises, and to sooth your old age. Even if birds migrate , they always come back to their old home, a home the floor of which is yearning to feel the touch of your kid ‘s toes .
Remember that you’re not only going to rob your child of his or her right to try a capricious but beautiful life, of his right to know what love and joy is , and of his right to harvest victory after failure ,but you’re also going to deny yourself the chance to experience a sublime feeling ;being a mother who rejoices in seeing that flower blooms as she or he is feeding on your soil no matter how exhausted you feel or ugly you look.
Also, to Legitimate abortion teaches people that they can get away with their misdeeds. Outcomes cannot be eliminated all the time ,sometimes we have to live with them. The latter can be beyond endurance that they will cost one’s life, but they’re the fruit of your choice and you have to pick up them even rotten fruits .For instance ,in Muslim society pre-marital sex is forbidden and a woman ‘s pregnancy out of marriage will cost her -after delivering her child -her life . A passing desire flamed by liquor or drug will cost lives or honor and termination of pregnancy will add salt to injury.

My Northern Star
I am standing on the edge of life
I spread my broken wings
And flutter.
Unfathomable oceans are ahead of me.
Sunsets and sunrises witnessed my fall
Lofty mountains are yearning for my rise.
Love keeps you from falling,
Into my ear whispered the sky.
I looked into my heart,
His ships of promises were aground
And his sails were torn apart .
I bowed my head.
Love is more than that,
Said the blue ocean,
It’s seaman’s love
for the Northern star
that has always taken him home.
It’s shepherd ‘s love
for his gentle lamb
that his fear of wolf
turned him into invincible warrior.
Spread your wings
And soar sky-high.
Love has many hands
to catch you when you fall down.

Learn how to dance with nature
Learn from the rain how to hop and never be afraid to fall down .
Learn from flowers how to bent down and stand in glamor .
Learn from sparrows to spread your arms and embrace the light.
Learn from the wind to swing gracefully and greet all creatures.
Learn from the night to weave a silver veil from the round moon’s shade and share it.

invade Your ribs, steal your heart beats and play it in tune with the symphony of love .
That she or he left you behind doesn’t mean you’re not worth his /her love .It doesn’t mean that she or he is ungrateful either. Beginnings are like delivering child ;they’re painful ,but they bear life within them . Breaking up is a beginning. It’s a sea that is replete with pearls of hope, of life,of love, and of change .You just have to bend down and gather them to make them a necklace to put around the life and take that crown of sadness, off her beautiful head. Remember when you look back at those days , to look at them with grateful heart ,because she or he set you free to taste the happiness that you deserve, a happiness that you didn’t know with him or her.You wish sometimes that you can turn the clock back to do things differently to make things work .You wouldn’t wish that if that person is worthless. Deep down you believe there is good in him or her,and that giving up on you doesn’t mean she /he is not . The earth never bears grudge against the earthquake ,because she knows ,it’s nature’s way to start a new beginning the next day. There is no timeless earthquake , so is sadness.
That he’s different from you doesn’t mean he’s subordinate to you. Difference is the fount of knowledge, enrichment and enlightenment and beauty. Allah has created legion of different species of flowering plants, animals, fish, and human. Nature taught all creatures to live in peace and harmony for in their differences lies the essence of their survival. But she failed to tame human beings whose differences set their hearts apart ,and torn the map of their souls. You can sow the field of the other ,he can pick the fruits ,that allured his mind ,or soul or heart ,from yours .I’m the other ,you’re the other ,I can teach you a lot about my world to understand it better ,you can enlighten me about yours too to not trod on some traps that might ruin the bridge of harmony we’re trying to build.Because to understand how the other’s world works is the secret of a strong bond .So ,when the other steps into your territory ,gift him a big basket that is replete with amazing traditions, inspiring folktales ,healing stories, instead of aiming your rifle to his heart.

Hello Kansas
The wonderful elements of our natural world can be witnessed everywhere. These are not only seen when exploring forests or navigating rivers, but are truly realized where the eyes generally don’t look and where the mind skips over. The great open spaces of the world hold many wonders, in just the simple space that they occupy. Here in the sphere of fields, we find the vast openness of the world; a window into the heartmind.
An open field for some is nothing special, just a long stretch of land used for farming or livestock. Those who care to stand on its margins and look across this vast sea of wheat and grain may find something different; a simple truth that hides within us all.
In the openness of the heart we can work wonders for humanity. We become compassionate, we learn, we feel and we grow; we witness truth. We grow as we nurture this openness, just as the wheat grows tall toward the sun, so do each of us when properly warmed and watered. All can witness this pleasant virtue if he so chooses. To open the heart is to open a home, to open the arms; to let love shine on all creation.
I once journeyed across the Great Plains, from the Gulf south up into the Black Hills of South Dakota. Along the way I crossed through Kansas. As I crossed the southern border, the gentle slopes of Oklahoma started to fall behind me and the flat, open plain of Kansas began to come into focus. The sun was near to set and the panoramic view I now witnessed was mesmerizing. I was compelled to stop and take it all in.
I parked my car aside a stretch of old country highway. I stepped onto the roof of my vehicle to get a better perspective. I could see for what seemed like miles in every direction. The sun cast a blueish pink hue over the open fields as the wheat tops gently waved with the breeze. The air was crisp and I was attuned to the majesty of the moment. I felt as though I was in the throes of God, witnessing a space of pure acceptance and love. I thought that this had to be the place where spirits come to play; to run free and grace the Earth with pure harmony.
In life, we must keep the heart as wide open as these great fields are. Doing this we gain the ability to see in all directions. We can move with the four winds and we embrace all creation. The sphere of fields invites all to its open space. Take care to travel here, and enjoy it.

Wearing hijab is my most beautiful gift from Allah
Hijab is muslimah’s crown. But for decades woman in Tunisia has been discrowned. ”The jewel of the sea, the pearl, has been given a very tough and rugged Hijab – oyster shell. It protects it from sea animals and keeps it sparkling and shining inside. Our body is sacred. You’re far more precious than diamonds and pearls, and you should be covered too.” But to not be denied her right to education , work ,and freedom ,Tunisian woman was forced to give in her crown, her hijab. Some women were even arrested and forced to sign a commitment to not wear hijab.
I still remember when at university , that man with ashen face standing at the gate of university ,a cardboard box in his hand ,urging every girl wearing hijab to remove it and put it there. Wearing hijab was a dream that Tunisian woman was yearning to be a truth. She proved to be a person full of potentials. She handled many responsibilities as a doctor, teacher, pilot, and journalist .She is a devoting mother, loving wife and inspiring woman, and she wanted to be Allah ‘s loyal servant too.She did everything in her way to gain back her crown ,the crown that Allah entrusted her with, in the hope that one day she can be that queen she is born to be .Some wore wigs .Others pretend to have flu but the weather-beaten cardboard box was always there. I was a coward , I didn’t dare to wear Hijab, because some humiliations were beyond endurence for a woman. The only time I wear hijab was when praying.Actually it was the case of most Tunisian women.I used to take my mother’s head scarves, stand in front of my mirror and try them.I was dying to wear it.Muslimah is incomplete without her crown. Now after the 17 th December revolution , Tunisian woman restored her religious freedom.Wearing Hijab is not a far-fetched reality anymore .Set free by the wind of revolution ,I started wearing hijab. I remember that day as if it was yesterday.I was in my room reciting Quoran .I stopped for a moment wondering; what’s the point of reciting Quran if I’m still uncovering my hair. I kissed the book then put it aside gently .I went to talk to my mother who was in the dinning room knitting .I told her that I took my decision to wear hijab. She was so happy to hear that .She reminded me that I should never take it off once I wore it.It’s sacred. The next day I went shopping .I bought new wonderful head scarves .I was happy when I went to work wearing my hijab.I was on the nine cloud .I still need to work on myself to be a good muslimah .I have many flaws ;stupid ones, and wearing hijab was a good start . Thanks for those brave men and courageous women who made my dream and the dream of many Tunisian women to wear hijab become a sweet reality.
Why do women cry?
Why Do Women Cry
“Why are you crying?”, a young boy asked his Mom.
“Because I’m a woman,” she told him. “I don’t understand,” he said.
His Mom just hugged him and said, “And you never will, but that’s O.K.”… Later the little boy asked his father, “Why does Mom seem to cry for no reason?”. “All women cry for no reason,” was all his Dad could say… The little boy grew up and became a man, still wondering why women cry.
Finally he put in a call to God and when God got back to him, he asked “God, why do women cry so easily?”
GOD answered…
When I made woman, I decided she had to be special. I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world, yet, made her arms gentle enough to give comfort…I gave her the inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times will come even from her own children.
I gave her a hardness that allows her to keep going and take care of her family and friends, even when everyone else gives up, through sickness and fatigue without complaining…I gave her the sensitivity to love her children under any and all circumstances. Even when her child has hurt her badly…
She has the very special power to make a child’s boo-boo feel better and to quell a teenager’s anxieties and fears…I gave her strength to care for her husband, despite faults and I fashioned her from his rib to protect his heart…I gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts his wife, but sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly.
For all of this hard work, I also gave her a tear to shed. It is hers to use whenever needed and it is her only weakness.
When you see her cry, tell her how much you love her, and all she does for everyone, and even though she may still cry, you will have made her heart feel good.
Sometimes crossing lines feels good
Walk barefoot
Yeah I know ,there is nothing unusual about that.We put on our shoes ,we take off our shoes everyday. It’s part of our fabric as human beings. But what about taking them off outdoors like when going to office, visiting your parents-in-law, going to shopping malls and even going to your date.Give it try for one single day and you will feel good.I know it sounds a crazy embarrassing idea as it is unacceptable in society where only beggars and fools could show up barefoot in public places.Beg your pardon We ‘re society,We are the ones who draw those lines which means We can skip them when we want to.
I am an islander , I love walking barefeet, and such picture is so widely common in my island especially in summer time, because in winter like migrating butterflies ,most islanders move to the city to work or to study. My island is a heavenly shelter we run to ,to break out of the stangling rules and to set the adventurous genie imprisoned in us free. And one of those things is taking off our shoes, and set our feet, longing for the tickling touch of the sandy ground, and missing the cool caress of the dewy grass, free. Some ancient philosophies, thought that there is life-force energy called Chi (also called Qi or Prana) .It can be absorbed through the soles of the feet. Ground Chi is absorbed automatically and unconsciously when walking barefoot, which increases the amount of Chi absorbed by the body. It’s said that you can consciously learn to absorb more Chi from the ground as you walk to increase your vitality, your capacity to do more work and your ability to think more clearly. p.s:Now mothers in law know how to make their son in law vital, capable, hard-working,and smart ,just give in all his dearly loved shoes, slippers, and even his hem-sandals. My shoes are bewitched like Cinderella’s Once upon a time old shoes cast a curse to take revenge on their ungrateful owners. It ‘s called foot trouble. : High-heeled shoes cause arthritis, chronic knee pain, sprained ankles, and back problems.: Shoe laces can be a choking hazard if you attempt to swallow them.
: Shoes worn or not, can be a serious tripping hazard.
: Wearing shoes that are too tight can cause ingrown toenails.
: In the event of an earthquake or other sudden shift in forces in your environment, shoes can become lethal projectiles.
: Most workplace accidents occur for people while they are wearing shoes.
: Shoes increase your weight, throwing off the balance inside your car as it rocks slowly halfway off of a cliff or bridge.
: Dogs may find your shoes enjoyable to chew on, and decide to chew on them with your feet inside.
: Shoes can cause you to be susceptible to fungal infections blessing It strengthens legs: Walking barefoot serves as an excellent means to strengthen our leg muscles, tendons and joints, as the body’s weight gets equally distributed on both the legs.It improves circulation: Walking barefoot helps to improve our blood circulation, as barefoot walking exercises various muscles in the legs and the feet, which in turn help to better the pumping back of blood to the heart! A better circulation of blood in your body ensures that blood doesn’t collect in your legs, thereby reducing your chances of developing Varicose Veins. The improved blood circulation also eases the pressure of the circulatory system helping immensely in reducing blood pressure. It eases Back ache: Shoes disturb our sense of equilibrium along with promoting a faulty weight distribution which puts unnecessary strain on our spine which leads to back ache. Walking barefoot helps correct our posture and equilibrium along with promoting an equal weight distribution, which eases the strain off the spine and reduces the back ache in the process. It straightens Toes and helps avoid injuries: Kenyan Athletes are often found practicing their running skills barefoot! This is because running barefoot helps to avoid injuries to the feet as with 80% of the foot being in touch with the ground, the body’s equilibrium is maintained and weight is distributed equally which ensures that there is proportionate pressure on both legs, which in turn reduces the chances of any leg or foot injury in the athletes.Going barefoot is also known to help people with flat feet with their problem as it helps to improve their balance, it is also known to help straightens an individual’s toes (which is needed for maintaining the body’s equilibrium)Other popular benefits of walking barefoot are it helps cool down the body in summer and also helps the rest of the body be healthy due to the stimulation of the 200,000 odd nerve endings which spread out in the body! but I’m a woman and my shoes are my best friend.
